The Client Portal Access

To access the Client Portal, Go to  Users& Roles  the navigation menu. And click on the  ClientPortal  located in the top right corner. It leads to the client-portal login page, where you can enter your login id and password. In client-portal click  Add Destination  to stream across several destinations.   Note:  The number of destinations you get to access depends on the allotment provided by your admin. A dialog box  Share On  opens, where you can select the destination you wanted to stream in.  By adding a destination you can re-stream all those  Livebox streams  to your selected destination. Note:  If you want the streaming to happen automatically after your destination is being added, then select the  Automatically TURN ON when adding push value  option. Your destination is added. If you have enabled  Automatically TURN ON when adding a push value  option, then the live streaming for your channel will begin to happen. Otherwise,  Turn on  the button

Using the Whiteboard feature within the live conference:  The  Livebox  video conferencing system also provides the ability to share a virtual whiteboard with your peers, so that you can easily discuss matters in a brief way with other connected members.  For that, you just need to go to the action option and select the  open whiteboard  option. It will help you to open a whiteboard which will be shared with each member of the video conference. Fix Encoder Disconnection / Reconnectivity Issues with the Server

How to Fix Issues when your Encoder is Unable to Connect to your Server? To rectify your server connections problem, Make sure your  Livebox  server is running. Try clicking on  Service Restart  within the Livebox server. Reboot  the server if it is an option. Make sure that the  Idle Streams  setting is turned  OFF . To turn OFF the Idle Streams setting, Go to  Viewers Report  from the navigation menu. In the  Viewers Report  window, go to  RTMP Stats . In the RTMP Stats report of your streaming channel, if it shows the status  0 kb/s  and  idle . Then you have to undergo a setting change to make things right. So now, go to  Channel Settings  under  Manage Channels  from the navigation menu. In Channel Settings, if the option  Idle Streams  is ON, then  turn it OFF . Then give  Service Restart  and your server connections will be retrieved. By following these steps you can rectify your server connections problem.

Transcoding Using the Inbuilt Playout and Encoder Software

Create your channel in Livebox. Then go to  Livebox Playout  software and click  Add File  to browse video source from your PC and to add video source in your  Schedule Playlist . Your video source is added. So, now click  Play  to play your video in  Playout Preview . You can preview your source and also enable and adjust the  audio  of your video source. Now go to Livebox streaming server. Then go to  Channel Dashboard  under  Manage Channels  from the navigation menu. In  Channel Dashboard  click  Streaming URL  to copy the streaming RTMP URL. Go to  Livebox Encoder . Select your playout device in  Video Device  and  Audio Device , and then enter the copied RTMP URL in the URL tab.
